摘 要:为解决绕线式无刷双馈电动机的起动电流大和起动转矩小的问题,提出一种转子绕组采用无感线圈设计的新型绕线式无刷双馈电动机。首先从理论上详细介绍了电机变极起动的原理和复合绕组的概念,在此基础上设计并制造了一台新型复合线圈结构无刷双馈电动机实验样机,并针对电机不同起动方式下的起动电流和起动转矩进行了研究。通过对样机进行有限元建模仿真与试验验证了转子绕组设计的正确性。仿真与试验结果表明,采用复合线圈结构的无刷双馈电动机具起动电流小、起动转矩大、起动迅速等特点,适用于需要频繁起动的场合,具有优良的性能。In order to solve the problem of large starting current and small starting torque of wound brushless doubly-fed motor( BDFM),a new winding brushless doubly-fed motor with rotor winding designed on non-inductive coil was proposed. Firstly,introduced the principle of variable pole motor starting and the concept of composite winding,on this basis,a new type of brushless doubly-fed motor prototype with composite coil structure was designed and manufactured,and then conducted research on starting current and starting torque of motor under differentstarting modes. The correctness of the rotor winding design was verifiedby the simulation of the finite element modeling and experiment of the prototype. The simulation and experimental results show that the brushless doubly-fed motor with compound coil structure has the characteristics of small starting current,large starting torque and quick starting,which is suitable for occasions requiring frequent start,soit has excellent performance.
