摘　　要：介绍烘烤过程中烟叶霉变的表现与研究进展,指出烘烤过程中烟叶霉变的危害及应对措施,提出针对烘烤过程中烟叶霉变研究的新方向,为烘烤过程中烟叶霉变的研究及防控提供参考。This paper introduced the performance and research progress of tobacco mold during baking process,pointed out the harm and countermeasures of tobacco leaf mold during baking process,and put forward the new direction for the research of tobacco leaf mold during baking process,provided a reference for the study of tobacco leaf mildew in curing process and prevention.
