摘 要:[目的]研究食用菌渣在草莓栽培中的应用。[方法]以金针菇渣为主要原料,加入复合发酵微生物充分堆制发酵生产栽培基质,并与草炭、珍珠岩按不同体积比例混配。[结果]食用菌渣发酵后按照体积比与草炭、珍珠岩混合成5∶1∶4是最佳配方。该基质栽培的草莓产量、品质均有提高,且生产成本较低,是一种优质的作物栽培基质。[结论]该研究为食用菌渣的资源化利用及草莓的基质栽培提供相关参考。[ Objective] To research the application of edible fungi residue in strawberry cuhivation. [ Method] Residue of Flammulina velu- tipes was tested as raw material to produce cultivation substrate. Composite microorganisms were added as supplemental materials, The fermen- tation products should be mixed with turves and perlite at dillerent volumes. [ Result] The mixed substrate lbrmula ( the products of Flammulina velutipes residue:turves:perlite 5:1:4 ) was proved to be a good plant substrate in cutting costs, which improved yields and quality of strawberry. [ Conclusion] This research provided references lot the resource utilization of edible fungi residue and the substrate culture of strawberry.
