摘  要:为了研究固体乏燃料表面核素的种类、含量以及厚度对卢瑟福背散射能谱的影响,通过SIMNRA软件模拟背散射能谱,研究了I、Pm、U等典型核素及核素含量、靶材厚度对背散射能谱的影响.结果表明,不同核素对应不同的能量峰,核素的元素质量数越大,背散射能量越大;核素含量越高,相应的能谱高度(峰面积)越大.此外,能谱的半高宽度与靶材的厚度存在线性关系,能谱的半高宽度正比于靶材的厚度越厚.In order to study the effect of the type,content and thickness of surface depleted fuel on Rutherford backscattered energy spectrum. The backscattering energy spectrum is simulated by SIMNRA software,which provides the basis for the identification and separation of nuclides in spent fuel. Based on the Rutherford backscattering principle,the influence of the content of spent fuel,the content and the thickness of the target on the energy spectrum of the zirconium alloy in the reactor shell material was studied. The simulation results demonstrate that different elements correspond to different peaks,the greater the mass of impurities in spent fuel,the greater the amount of backscattering energy; The height or peak area of the energy spectrum is related to the content of the impuri-ty.the higher impurity of the content,the higher height or peak area of the corresponding spectrum; There is a linear relation between the FWHM and the thickness of the target,he larger the half width of the energy spectrum,the thicker the thickness of the target.In general,the elements in spent fuel are medium-heavy elements,even if the content is less,It is also easy to identify in the energy spectrum.
