摘　　要：主要介绍了给水减压阀分类、具体使用范围及设计过程中需要注意的一些细节。结合具体工程中生活给水及消防给水减压阀的设置,首先通过对生活热水系统采用分区集中设置减压阀及位于热水支管上设置减压阀这两种系统的优缺点比选。明确在采用循环回水的热水系统中,宜位于非循环热水支管上设置减压,能有效节能、减少循环泵能耗并且循环泵的设置位置更加灵活;而非循环给水系统中分区集中设置减压阀则能有效节约初始投入资金,且便于后期维护。其次通过比较具体工程中消防给水系统在各运行工况下选用不同减压阀的压力值状态,明确选取合适的减压阀能有效降低减压分区的工作压力、节省工程造价。若选用该减压阀而导致稳压压力值不能满足设计需要,可以采用增加稳压压力值或对该分区独立设置减压使消防系统满足计要求。This article mainly introduces the classification of water supply pressure reducing valve,the specific scope of use,and some details that need attention in the design process. Combining the setting of the domestic water supply and fire water supply pressure reducing valve in the specific project,by the comparison and selection of the advantages and disadvantages of the two systems of the domestic hot water system adopting the partitioned centralized decompression valve and the pressure reducing valve setting on hot water branch pipe,it is clear that in the hot water system adopting circulating water return,the decompression should be set on the non-circulating hot water branch pipe,which can effectively save energy,reduce the energy consumption of the circulating pump,and the setting position of the circulating pump is more flexible; setting pressure reducing valve in concentration of partitions in the non-circulating water supply system can effectively save the initial investment and facilitate the later maintenance. Secondly,by comparing the pressure values of different pressure reducing valves under various operating conditions used by fire water supply system in a specific project,the selection of an appropriate pressure reducing valve can effectively reduce the working pressure of the decompression zone and save the project cost. For the selection of the pressure reducing valve causing that the regulated pressure value cannot meet the design requirements,an increase of the regulated pressure value or an independent decompression of the partition may be used to make the firefighting system satisfy the design requirements.
