摘  要:对目前多孔板流动特性和空化特性的研究与工程应用进行了综述。针对多孔板的流动特性,归纳了多孔板的压降研究,包括多孔板几何结构及其内流流动特性等。回顾了孔板流量计在数值模拟和精细测量上的研究以及在消能方面的工程应用。针对多孔板的空化特性,介绍了其空化腐蚀的研究现状。总结了多孔板在空化降解方面的工程应用。结合目前的应用现状和研究进展,提出了多级孔板、孔板尺度效应和新型流动介质这3个方面的潜在研究方向。可为管路系统节流元件的设计和多孔板在相关工程中的应用提供参考借鉴。The recent research progress of flow and cavitation characteristics of perforated plates and its engineering applications were summarized,including the perforated plates' flow characteristics,pressure drops,geometry and its inner flow characteristics. Meanwhile,the orifice flowmeter's numerical simulation and fine measurement and its engineering application in energy dissipation were reviewed. Regarding the perforated plates' caviatation characteristics,the research status of cavitation corrosion in perforated plates was presented and its engineering application in cavitation decontamination was summarized. Based on these recent research works and engineering applications,the potential research directions in multi-stage perforated plates,perforated plates' scale effects and new flow medium were proposed. This paper provides the reference for the design of pipeline system's restricting elements and the perforated plates' engineering application.
