摘 要:对新型双层桨气液搅拌釜的自吸分散机理进行分析,考察介质浓度、桨叶间距、桨叶组合对功耗性能的影响,并与表面充气分散时的功耗性能进行比较。结果表明:桨叶间距增大,下层桨向上层桨泵送的液体量减少,泵送液体所需的功耗增大;P型桨叶背后形成的气穴尺寸较DT桨的小,相对功率消耗更接近于1,更有利于气体在搅拌釜中分散与混合;自吸分散时,P∝N^2,即自吸分散较表面充气分散省功,在搅拌转速或输入功率相同时,气含率更高,气液分散性能更好。The mechanism of self-priming dispersion in a new gas-liquid stirred tank with dual impellers was analyzed. The effect of the medium concentration,the impeller spacing and the impeller combination on the power consumption performance was explored and compared with that of the surface aeration dispersion. The results show that,when the impeller spacing increases,the amount of liquid that the lower impeller pumps to the upper impeller reduces and the power consumption that pumping liquid required increases; the air pockets formed after P-type impeller is smaller than that of the DT-type impeller,the relative power demand closer to1 is beneficial to the dispersion and the mixture of gases in the stirred tank; in self-priming dispersion,the relationship between the input power and the stirring speed is P∝N^2,that is,the self-priming dispersed power consumption is much less than surface aeration dispersed power consumption. If the stirring speed or input power is the same,the gas holdup is larger and the gas-liquid dispersed performance is better.
