摘  要:以某工程50 000m^3原油外浮顶储罐抗风结构的设计计算为例,分析并总结了大型外浮顶储罐抗风结构的设计计算方法;结合相关设计规范和教材资料总结了外浮顶储罐抗风结构的主要组成部分,包括抗风圈的最小截面模数计算、实际截面模数计算、抗风圈和加强圈的层数及位置确定等;由于各储罐相关标准规范上均未讲述抗风圈的实际截面模数计算方法,通过相关资料的查阅,着重论述了抗风圈的实际截面模数计算方法,并通过具体项目储罐抗风圈的结构确定分析了影响截面模数的几个因素,得出了它们影响截面模数的程度和显著增加抗风圈截面模数的方法。Taking design and calculation of the wind-resistant structure of 5 × 104 m3 crude oil external floating tank as an example,both design and calculation method of wind-resistant structure of large external floating roof tank was analyzed and summarized. Combined with the relevant design specifications and documents,the main structure components of the external floating roof tank were summarized,including the calculation of the required section modulus of the wind ring,the actual section modulus calculation,the layer number and location determination of the wind ring and reinforcement ring and so on. As the actual section modulus calculation of wind ring is not described in detail in any of the relevant standards and specifications of the tank,in this paper,the calculation method of the actual section modulus of the wind ring was discussed and listed in detail after the study of the relevant information. Factors affecting the section modulus of wind ring structure were analyzed through the specific project,as well as the extent to which they affect the section modulus and the method of increasing section modulus of the wind ring were obtained.
