摘 要:基于计算流体动力学软件Fluent,采用雷诺应力模型,以轴入式两级串联旋流器为研究对象,模拟分析了不同处理量和分流比条件下旋流器的分流特性和分离特性。模拟结果表明:处理量在2.40~7.20m^3/h范围内变化时,旋流器的分离效率随处理量的增大逐渐升高,处理量大于4.80m^3/h时,分离效率增幅缓慢;分离效率随分流比的增大呈先增加后减小的趋势,最佳一级分流比为20%,最佳二级分流比为15%。由现场分离性能实验可知最佳处理量为4.80m^3/h,最佳分流比为35%,实验结果与模拟结果吻合良好,验证了模拟结果的准确性。Based on Fluent software and Reynolds Stress Model( RSM) and taking axis-in dual-stage tandem hydrocyclone as the object of study,the flow-diversion characteristics and separation efficiency of hydrocyclone under conditions of different inlet flow rates and split ratios were analyzed. The simulation results show that,when inlet flow rate ranged from 2. 40 m3/h to 7. 20 m3/h,the separation efficiency of hydrocyclone rose gradually with the increase of inlet flow rate; when inlet flow rate is greater than 4. 80 m3/h,the separation efficiency increased slowly; the separation efficiency increased to the maximum and then decreased with the increasing of the split ratio. The best split ratio of first hydrocyclone is 20% with the 15% for the second hydrocyclone.Experiments on the separation efficiency show that,the best inlet flow rate is 4. 80 m3/h and the best total flow rate of hyedocyclone is 35%. The simulation value consistent with the experiment data verifies accuracy of the simulation results.
