环空缩扩和扩缩圆管压降计算方法探讨

摘  要:通过成熟的缩径和扩径圆管压降公式,验证了数值方法准确性,建立了环空缩扩和扩缩圆管数值模型,研究了压力损失规律。结果发现:仅当环空缩扩圆管和扩缩圆管的变径长大于1.3D_e和5.0D_e时,利用环空缩径和环空扩径压降累加求和的方法可以准确计算环空缩扩圆管或扩缩圆管压降。最终,通过对环空缩扩和扩缩圆管数值计算,回归出了适用于变径长小于1.3D_e和5.0D_e的环空缩扩和扩缩圆管压降计算公式。Basing on the mature pressure drop calculation method for contraction and expansion circular pipes,the accuracy of numerical method was verified and the numerical model of annular contraction-expansion circular pipe and that of expansion-contraction tube were established to discuss the rule of pressure loss.The results show that,when the variable diameter length of annular contraction-expansion and expansion-contraction circular pipe is larger than 1. 3 De or 5. 0 De,the cumulative sum formula of pressure drop for annular contraction and expansion circular pipe is applicable. By numerical simulation,a method for calculating the pressure drop of annular contraction-expansion and expansion-contraction circular pipe with the variable diameter length of less than 1. 3 De and 5. 0 De is regressed.
