摘 要:针对涡旋压缩机壳体与主轴之间的间隙产生泄漏对润滑系统供油特性的影响问题,依据样机建立了供油系统的泄漏模型。采用计算流体动力学软件对主轴与壳体之间不同间隙、不同主轴转速和机壳内不同储油槽形状条件下的润滑油流场进行三维动态模拟仿真,获得了涡旋压缩机润滑系统中结构间隙、主轴转速、储油槽形状的因素对供油特性影响及其变化规律。结果表明:随着涡旋压缩机壳体与主轴之间间隙的增加,润滑系统的泄漏量增加;随着主轴转速的增加,润滑系统的泄漏量减小;机壳内储油槽形状为矩形时,润滑系统的泄漏量最小。研究结果可为涡旋压缩机内部润滑系统的结构优化,油量分配,提供参考依据。Considering the fact that the leakage between the scroll compressor shell and the principal axis has an influence on the oil supply of the lubrication system,having the prototype based to establish the leakage model of oil supply system was implemented. Through making use of CFD software,three-dimensional dynamic simulation of the flow field of the lubricating oil under different gaps between the spindle and the shell,the different speeds of mainshaft and the shape of the different oil storage tanks in the casing were carried out to obtain the influence of the gap between the shell and the spindle,the speed of spindle and the shape of oil storage tank in the lubrication system of scroll compressor and its change rule. The results show that,with the increasing of the gap between scroll compressor shell and spindle,the leakage of the lubrication system increases,while the speed of spindle of scroll compressor increases,the leakage of the lubrication system declines;when the shape of the oil tank is rectangular,the leakage of the lubrication system is the smallest. The research results provide a reference for the structural optimization of the lubrication system in scroll compressor,including that for oil distribution.
