摘 要:在实验室合成了新型饱和脂肪酸改性类捕收剂DT-2,考察了其对氟碳铈矿、方解石、重晶石、萤石浮选特性的影响规律。试验结果表明:在矿浆温度20℃、DT-2捕收剂用量33.34 mg/L、p H=8时氟碳铈矿的回收率为26%,脉石矿物的回收率均在95%以上,可以实现氟碳铈矿与脉石矿物的分离,因此DT-2可以考虑作为反浮选捕收剂。红外光谱检测及Zeta电位检测结果表明:捕收剂DT-2与氟碳铈矿以及脉石矿物之间均不存在静电吸附,而是发生了化学吸附。研究结果为DT-2在氟碳铈矿分选提纯中的应用提供了理论基础。A new type of saturated fatty acid modified collector DT-2 was synthesized in laboratory,the flotation characteristics of bastnasite,calcite,barite and fluorite were investigated. Test results showed that the recovery of bastnasite was 26%,and the recovery of gangue minerals was over95% when the pulp temperature was 20 ℃,the amount of collector was 33. 34 mg/L and the p H was 8. Hence,DT-2 can be used as anti-flotation collector to realize separation of cerium ore and gangue minerals. The results of infrared spectrum and zeta potential detection showed that the adsorption state of DT-2 on the bastnasite or gangue minerals was not electrostatic adsorption but chemical adsorption The results provide a theoretical basis for the application of DT-2 in the separation and purification of bastnasite.
