Study on Analysis Method of Operating Strategy for Moving to Remote Shutdown Station when the Main Control Room is Uninhabitable in HPR1000

摘  要:在核电厂中,当发生影响操纵员在主控制室可居留性的情况(火灾、烟雾等)时,为保证核电厂安全,操纵员需转至远程停堆站操作。由于数字化核电厂控制手段的改进,使得原来传统核电厂的主控制室不可居留转向远程停堆站的操作策略不再是保证核电厂运行安全性和经济性的最佳选择。在近年来新建的二代改进型核电机组中虽然也实现了数字化的全功能远程停堆站,但是,主控制室不可居留转向远程停堆站的操作策略却依然沿用传统基于模拟技术的非全功能远程停堆盘上的运行策略,并未像"华龙一号"一样充分利用了全功能远程停堆站的技术优势。提出一种针对装备有数字化仪控系统的"华龙一号"核电厂设计"主控制室不可居留转向远程停堆站策略"的方法,并设计了一种优化的运行策略,在主泵可运行的初始工况下,可有效减少退防时间。对策略的正确性和优化的效果进行了确认。For PWR,remote shutdown station is a redundant control mean to shut down the reactor when the main control room inhabitation is challenged(e.g.fire,smoke…).Nowadays due to nuclear power plants control measures were improved,the original operating strategy by nature circulation is no longer the best choice both for operation safety and economy efficiency,and an optimized new strategy should be raised.In recent years the newly-built second generation improved PWR nuclear power plant have also implemented a digital full function remote shutdown station.However the operating strategy design for "moving to remote shutdown station when main control room is uninhabitable"is still based on traditional simulation-based techniques.The operating strategy doesn't take full advantage of the technical advantage of the full-function remote shutdown station as HPR1000 does.Based on the former reason,a method for designing a"strategy of moving to remote shutdown station when main control room is uninhabitable"for HPR1000 nuclear power plant equipped with a digital control system is raised and hence an optimized operation strategy was raised in this paper.When the reactor coolant pumps are available,by executing the optimized strategy a few hours were saved compared with the original strategy.The correctness of the strategy and the effectiveness of the optimization are validated by simulator tool in this paper.
