摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)属于中医学"咳嗽""喘证""肺胀"等范畴。现代医学对于COPD稳定期的防治主要使用吸入性糖皮质激素联合长效β2受体激动剂,但长期使用易发生耐受,且副作用明显。中医药治疗COPD稳定期强调辨证论治,通过调节患者机体的免疫、微循环、内分泌等,以改善患者症状,减少发作次数。作者通过查阅近5年COPD稳定期中医药临床研究文献,以中医药理论为基础对COPD病因病机、辩证分型、中医药内外疗法进行综述,对于临床COPD稳定期的中医药防治具有一定借鉴意义。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD） belongs to the traditional Chinese medicine cough,asthma card,lung swelling and other areas. Modern medicine for the prevention and treatment of COPD stable use of inhaled glucocorticoid combined with long-acting β2 receptor agonists,long-term susceptibility to tolerance,and side effects significantly. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of COPD stable emphasis on syndrome differentiation,for different pathogenesis,to take different treatment,by regulating the body＇s immune,microcirculation,endocrine,can improve patient symptoms,reduce the number of attacks. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the author reviews the pathogenesis of COPD,dialectical classification and internal and external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine by reviewing the clinical research literature of traditional Chinese medicine in COPD for nearly 5 years. It is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in COPD.
