罗哌卡因防治经脐单孔腹腔镜手术后疼痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨罗哌卡因防治经脐单孔腹腔镜手术后疼痛的有效性及安全性。方法:50例经脐单孔腹腔镜手术患者随机分为罗哌卡因组和对照组。罗哌卡因组在脐切口周围加用0.5%罗哌卡因局部注射,对照组则不给予,采用疼痛视觉模拟量表法评价疼痛情况观察两组术后6 h、24 h疼痛情况。结果:罗哌卡因组与对照组比较前者能明显减轻术后疼痛,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:罗哌卡因局部注射防治经脐单孔腹腔镜手术后切口疼痛安全有效,值得推广应用。Objective： To explore an effective way to prevent and treat postoperative pain after transumbilical single port laparoscopic surgery. Methods： From November 2017 to April 2018,fifty patients with transumbilical single hole laparoscopic surgery who come from Dongguan People＇s Hospital and Dongguan Maternal and Child health care Hospital were included. According to whether local ropivacaine injection was applied around the umbilical incision after operation,the patients were randomly divided into two groups： ropivacaine group and control group. There was no difference in the duration of anesthesia and dosage,abdominal inflation pressure and inflation rate between two groups. There was no significant difference in general information（age and body mass index） between patients（P〈0. 05）. The data of pain,including 6 hours and 24 hours after operation of the two groups were evaluated with Pain Visual Analogue Scale. Results：Compared with the control group,the ropivacaine group could significantly reduce postoperative pain. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： For patients with incision pain after transumbilical single port laparoscopic surgery,the technique of 0. 5% ropivacaine 8 ~ 10 m L local injection is safe and effective.It is worthy of popularization and application.
