摘　　要：军队院校工科专业具备新工科的特点和多学科交叉融合的特点,提出了基于产出导向的人才培养方案的设计方法,并以电磁频谱技术与管理专业为例,阐述了军队院校工科专业人才培养方案的设计过程。Engineering majors in military academies feature new engineering and interdisciplinary integration. In accordance with this feature,this paper proposes the output-oriented talent training plan.The process of designing the undergraduate talent training plan for engineering majors in military academies is elaborated,taking as an example the major of ＂Electromagnetic Spectrum Technology and Management＂.
