摘 要:石油特车操作舱在整体布局过程中具有显著的特殊性和较高的复杂性,传统的布局优化方法将粒子群算法用于求解舱内整体布局优化问题,多数是考虑空间效用情况,没有涉及人机布局,操作舒适性较差。提出一种基于蚁群算法的石油特车操作舱整体布局优化方法。根据操作人员对舱内待布物放置位置的评分建立操作舱人员需求决策模型,针对决策模型选取加权向量使操作员对待布物的总离差为最大,以获得的权重系数确定舱内待布物的优化顺序,依据先优化待布物的坐标位置和人体工程学准则,建立待布物优化位置的目标函数和约束条件,引入蚁群算法对操作舱整体布局优化目标函数进行求解,考虑人机布局问题,根据相应的信息素构建原则对各只蚂蚁的信息素进行增减构建,从全局角度规划出个体运动的行为轨迹,求出整体布局优化的最优解。实验结果表明,所提方法可以有效缓解操作舱内作业人员的疲劳,改善载人操作舱室的人机环境。The aim of this article is to overcome defect of traditional overall layout optimization method of operation cabin of oil special vehicle, such as poor operation comfort. Based on ant colony algorithm, a new overall layout optimization method is presented. According to mark of operator on placement location of object in the cabin, demand decision model of the operator was built. Aiming at the decision model, weight vector was selected to make total devi- ation of the object largest. Weight coefficient was obtained to confirm optimization sequence of the object. According to coordinate position of first optimization object and human engineering criterion, objective function and constraint condition of optimization location of the object were built. The ant colony algorithm was introduced to solve objective function of the overall layout optimization. Man -machine layout problem was considered. According to relevant pheromone construction principle, increase and decrease establishments were carried out for pheromone of each ant. Behavior trace of individual movement was planned out. Thus, optimal solution of the overall layout optimization was solved. Simulation results show that the method can relieve fatigue of the operator effectively. It can improve man - machine environment in the cabin.
