摘  要:目的探索在^(60)Co-γ辐照条件下不同因素(辐照剂量、初始浓度、N_2/O_2饱和及自由基清除剂等)对硫酸阿托品稳定性的影响。方法分别配制不同准确初始浓度的硫酸阿托品溶液(10、50、100 mg/L、100 mg/L+N_2饱和、100 mg/L+O_2饱和、100 mg/L+10%乙醇及硫酸阿托品粉末)等,经不同辐照剂量(0.3、0.6、1、2.5、5、10 k Gy)的^(60)Co-γ辐照后,利用HPLC测定溶液中剩余硫酸阿托品的含量。结果 (1)在相同辐照剂量下,初始浓度越大,稳定性越好;在相同初始浓度下,辐照剂量越大,稳定性越差;(2)N_2/O_2饱和并未显著改善硫酸阿托品的稳定性;(3)添加自由基清除剂乙醇后,硫酸阿托品的稳定性显著提高;(4)硫酸阿托品粉末状态非常稳定,即使在10 k Gy辐照剂量下,降解不超过10%。结论硫酸阿托品溶液对^(60)Co-γ辐照敏感,为了在辐照环境下尽量保持硫酸阿托品稳定性,可尝试将其制成粉末剂型。Objective To explore the effect different factors(initial concentration,irradiation dose,saturation with N2/O2 and free radical scavenger) on the stability of atropine sulphate with the irradiation of60Co-γ. Methods The atropine sulphate solutions of different accurate initial concentrations(10 mg/L,50 mg/L,100 mg/L,100 mg/L + N2,100 mg/L + O2,100 mg/L + 10% ethanol and atropine sulphate powder) were irradiated by60Co-γ at different doses(0. 3,0. 6,1,2. 5,5,and 10 k Gy). The concentrations of the remaining atropine sulphate were determined by HPLC.Results(1) The stability of atropine sulphate was positively correlated with the initial concentration of atropine sulphate but negatively with the irradiation dose.(2) The stability of atropine sulfate with N2/O2 saturation was not significantly improved compared with those with air saturation.(3) The stability of atropine sulphate was increased significantly when a free radical scavenger ethanol was added.(4) The powder was very stable,whose degradation rate was less than 10% even at the dose of 10 k Gy. Conclusion Atropine sulphate is sensitive to the irradiation of60Co-γ. Powder formulations could be prepared in order to maintain the stability of atropine sulphate under irradiation environments.
