高校新校区基本建设财务管理分析

摘　　要：通过研究高校新校区财务管理的基本任务和基本原则,以及如何加强财务管理,严格执行财务纪律,切实发挥财务核算和监督的作用,从资金的收入管理、支出管理和使用管理过程中规范资金的管理和使用,从而防范财务风险,并提出建立健全基建财务管理制度,强化监督管理的措施,为高校新校区建设的财务管理提供参考依据,也为领导决策提供依据。Through the study of the basic tasks and basic principles of financial management in the new campus of colleges and universities,it is important to strengthen financial management,strictly enforce financial discipline,play the role of financial accounting and supervision,and standardize the management procedures.On the other hand,it is essential to rationally use funds in the process of capital income management and effectively to conduct expenditure management.The paper tries to provide some references for the financial management of new campus construction.Also,it might provide the basis for the decision-making.There is no doubt that it is necessary to improve the financial management system of the infrastructure and strengthen the measures of supervision and management.
