摘　　要：界定决策系统与决策系统模型的概念,讨论决策系统对决策学研究的作用。归纳出决策系统要素拆分的原则。对比了对应不同决策概念的决策系统存在的差异与漏洞。本文运用基于决策学研究前提的决策概念,提出全新的决策因素体系,分析了决策要素的关联关系,构建了决策系统的基本模型与一般模型。并引申出决策主体与决策客体,讨论了决策客体与决策问题的关系。In this paper, the definitions of decision system and its model are given. Especially, it discusses the function of decision system in the study for decision-making. By comparing the concepts corresponding to different decision systems, the paper finds out their differences and defects. Based on the key concept about the premise of decision-making, the authors introduce a brand-new system of decision, and the relationship among decision elements. Moreover, the basic model and general one are build up, as well as the subject and object, and their relationship.
