摘　　要：目的:探析采用扶阳火艾灸治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床效果。方法:选择2016年4月至2018年4月广东省第二中医院稳定期COPD患者90例,遵照双盲法分组标准分为观察组、对照组,各45例,前者实施扶阳火艾灸治疗,后者单纯采取常规治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率为95.60%,高于对照组的80.00%;治疗后,观察组肺功能指标与免疫学指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对稳定期COPD患者采取扶阳火艾灸治疗可行性高,能改善患者的肺功能与细胞免疫功能。Objective To explore the clinical effect of fuyang fire moxibustion treatment for stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）. Methods From April 2016-April 2018 in our hospital plateau,90 cases of COPD patients, follow the double-blind group standards are divided into trial group and control group, 45 cases, the implementation of fu Yang fire moxibustion therapy,the latter simply adopt regular treatment,compared two groups of therapeutic effect. Results The total curative effect of the observation group was 95.6, which was higher than that of the control group（80%）. After treatment, the pulmonary function index and immunological index in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Fuyang moxibustion with moxibustion is feasible for stable COPD patients, can improve lung function and cellular immunity function, and has high clinical value.
