摘  要:随着人们物质条件以及生活方式的改变,代谢性疾病呈现高发的趋势。代谢性疾病主要包括糖尿病、肥胖、动脉粥样硬化等。除了暴饮暴食,缺乏运动等因素可以诱发糖脂代谢紊乱和代谢性疾病以外,生物钟紊乱也可通过影响糖脂代谢,导致糖尿病、肥胖和心脑血管疾病等代谢性疾病的发生。更有意思的是,糖脂代谢紊乱也会导致生物钟紊乱。文章将就新近的生物钟与机体糖脂代谢相互关系的研究进展进行综述。With the change of people' sliving conditions and lifestyles, the incidence of meta- bolic diseases are has been on the rise steadily. Metabolic diseases mainly include diabetes, obesity, atheroselerosis, among others. It has been repoVted that not only overeating, lack of exercise and other factors can induce disorders in glucose and lipid metabolism and other metabolic diseases, ab- normality in biological clock also affects glucose and lipid metabolism, thereby leading to metabolic diseases. More interestingly, disorders of glucose and lipids metabolism can also result in circadian clock disorders. This review mainly focuses on recent progresses in the research concerning the rela- tionship between the biological clock and the systemic glucose and lipid metabolism.
