摘 要:目的探讨正弦图确定迭代重建(SAFIRE)算法对冠状动脉钙化积分(CACS)的影响。方法对36例患者的钙化积分图像分别进行FBP、SAFIRE3、SAFIRE5重建,比较三组重建方法对主动脉平均CT值、标准差(SD)、信噪比(SNR)、冠状动脉钙化斑块最高CT值和钙化积分的差异。采用多个相关样本的非参数检验(Friedman检验)进行统计学分析。结果 FBP、SAFIRE3、SAFIRE5三组算法主动脉平均CT值差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);SD、SNR差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);钙化斑块最高CT值分别为(569.22±243.45)HU、(606.31±283.69)HU、(595.53±294.09)HU,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);三种算法平均钙化数量、体积积分、质量积分、Agatston积分差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),且均以FBP组最大,SAFIRE5组最小。结论 SAFIRE算法能提高钙化积分图像SNR,但会低估CACS。Objective To investigate the effects of sinogram-affirmed iterative reconstruction( SAFIRE) algorithms on coronary calcium scoring( CACS). Methods Images of 36 consecutive patients were reconstructed with FBP,SAFIRE3,and SAFIRE5 respectively. The CT value of aorta,standard deviation( SD) and signal noise ratio( SNR),maximal CT value of coronary-calcified plaque,and CACS was compared among three reconstructions. K related samples test( Friedman test) were used to evaluate overall differences. Results There were no significant differences in CT average value-of aorta among three groups( P〉0. 05). There was significant difference in the SD,SNR across the three groups( P〈0. 05).The maximum CT values of calcified plaque were( 569. 22 ± 243. 45) HU,( 606. 31 ± 283. 69) HU,and( 595. 53 ± 294. 09)HU respectively,which were significantly different among the three groups( P〈0. 05). Using three reconstruction methods,there were significant differences in average calcium number,volume,mass,Agatston scoring among three groups( P〈0. 05). All of FBP groups had the highest values,and SAFIRE5 groups had the lowest values. Conclusion SAFIRE algorithms can improve SNR of the CACS image,while the CACS may be underestimated.
