摘  要:目的探讨不同年龄段儿童数字X线脊柱全长正侧位摄影图像质量及其影响因素。方法回顾性分析行脊柱全长正侧位摄影检查的患儿40例所得的拼接图像,根据年龄段分为A组(5~8岁)及B组(9~12岁)。采用Ortho Long Spine Both摄影程序进行数据采集并完成拼接,由放射科主管技师、副主任医师各一名采用单盲法进行图像质量评价。结果 A组患儿的正位摄影得分(3.85±0.23)及拼接得分(3.79±0.25)均低于B组(分别为3.98±0.67,3.97±0.09),两组之间差异有统计学意义(P值分别为0.023,0.008);侧位摄影得分(3.82±0.23)及拼接得分(3.69±0.26)亦低于B组(分别为3.95±0.11,3.84±0.23),两组之间差异有统计学意义(P值分别为0.033,0.040);A、B两组患儿图像质量的客观评价差异无统计学意义。结论 A组患儿脊柱全长正侧位摄片的图像质量均低于B组;影响图像质量的主要因素是患儿不自主的肢体运动以及呼吸运动。Objective To evaluate the quality of whole spine radiography images in children of different age groups,and the influencing factors on the quality of the images. Methods 40 whole spinal radiography images from January 2016 to September 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different ages,patients were divided into group A( 5-8 years old) and group B( 9-12 years old). The Ortho Long Spine Both program were performed for mosaic data acquisition and splicing. The quality of these images were evaluated by two radiologists. Results The frontal images score( 3. 85 ± 0. 23)and the splicing score( 3. 79 ± 0. 25) of group A were lower than that of group B( 3. 95 ± 0. 11,3. 84 ± 0. 23),the lateral images score( 3. 82 ± 0. 23) and the splicing score( 3. 69 ± 0. 26) of group A were lower as well. Conclusion The image quality of group A is lower than that of group B. The motion of children's limbs and the rapid breathing rates are the major factors affecting the quality of these images.
