摘  要:研究了一种脂肪酸碳纳米管蓄能复合材料,能更广泛地应用于各类蓄能空调系统中。基于脂肪酸复合材料制备的理论基础,计算得出理论配合比,再经过反复实验得出最佳配合比,最后添加少量的碳纳米管以增强其导热性,在碳纳米管用量为0.8%(wt,质量分数)条件下,制得的脂肪酸碳纳米管蓄能材料的固态导热系数为0.293W/(m·℃),液态导热系数为0.581W/(m·℃),分别比脂肪酸共晶体系提高33%和35%。A kind of energy storage material mixed by fatty acid carbon nanotubes was researched,which can apply to many kinds of energy storage air-conditioning system.The match scale of theory was figured out based on the theory of preparation of composite material.The optimum match scale was got after repeated experiment and added a little quantity of carbon nanotubes to enhance the thermal conductivity.When the mass fraction of carbon nanotubes was0.8 wt%,the material had the solid thermal conductivity of 0.293 W/(m·℃)and the liquid thermal conductivity of0.581 W/(m·℃),respectively 33% and 35% higher than the fatty acid eutectic system.
