摘 要:以废弃的酸洗废液为原料制备出聚合氯化铁(PFC),壳聚糖(CTS)改性PFC得到复合型絮凝剂CTSPFC,将其用于印染废水的处理。结果表明:投加量相同的情况下,CTS-PFC的絮凝效果要好于PFC,而且受废水pH的影响更小;当m(CTS)∶m(PFC)=1∶2(质量比),投加量为1.2g/L,沉降时间为15min,CTS-PFC对印染废水色度和化学需氧量(COD)的去除率达到了93.7%和72.3%。PFC was prepared from waste acid pickling waste as raw material,and modified with CTS to obtain compound flocculant(CTS-PFC).The obtained CTS-PFC was used for the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater.The results showed that the flocculation effect of CTS-PFC was better than that of PFC under the same dosage,and the flocculation effect was less affected by wastewater pH value.When the mass ratio of CTS and PFC was1∶2,the dosage of 1.2 g/L and the settling time was 15 min,the removal rate of chroma and COD of dyeing wastewater was up to 93.7% and 72.3% respectively.
