摘  要:以含银的铅锌废渣为银源,联合采用氯盐法、Stober法、溶胶凝胶法以及光沉积法制备银修饰纳米复合材料Ag@TiO_2@SiO_2。XRD和TEM的分析表明:Ag@TiO_2@SiO_2具有核壳结构的纳米材料,Ag以10nm团簇的形式沉积在锐钛矿型TiO_2壳层上。XPS分析指出:TiO_2以Ti-O-Si键化学吸附在SiO_2上,而沉积在TiO_2上的银是银的单质。Uv-Vis的分析表明:材料Ag@TiO_2@SiO_2对光响应范围扩大到可见光区。罗丹明的光降解反应表明,Ag@TiO_2@SiO_2的光催化性能优良。Metallurgical lead and zinc slag was taken as the resource of silver,and silver modified nanomaterials Ag@SiO_2@TiO_2 were synthesized by chlorine salt method, Stober method, sol-gel method and photo-deposited method. XRD and TEM analyses show that composite Ag@SiO_2@TiO_2 has core-shell structure,and Ag is deposited on anatase TiO_2 shell in the form of cluster with 10 nm in diameter. XPS indicates that in silver modified Ag@SiO_2@TiO_2,TiO_2 is chemisorbed on SiO_2 with Ti-O-Si chemical bond, while Ag deposited on TiO_2 shell is elementary substance of silver. UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectra(DRS) show that Ag clusters of silver modified Ag@SiO_2@TiO_2 widen the TiO_2 response range to the visible light region. The photocatalytic degradation reaction of Rhodamine indicates that silver modified nanocomposite Ag@SiO_2@TiO_2 has excellent catalytic performance.
