摘  要:目的采用高效液相色谱法建立愈伤灵胶囊的多成分高效液相色谱指纹图谱,对愈伤灵胶囊进行定性分析。方法愈伤灵胶囊提取液的分析在C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)上进行;柱温30℃;以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速1.0 mL·min^(-1);检测波长初始为244 nm,18min时切换波长为200 nm;分析时间65 min。结果采用该色谱条件可同时检测出愈伤灵胶囊中人参皂苷Rg_1等15个共有色谱峰成分,方法学考察结果较好,10批次样品指纹图谱的相似度均>0.9。结论该方法简便、重复性好,为愈伤灵胶囊的整体质量评价提供了科学依据。Objective To establish a multi-component fingerprint for Yushangling capsules by HPLC, and to qualitatively analyze Yushangling capsules. Methods The Yushangling capsule diluent extract was analyzed on C18 column(5 μm, 4.6 mm×250 mm) at 30 ℃, with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution as the mobile phase in a gradient elution, 1.0 mL·min^-1 as the flow rate, and the detection wavelength at 244 nm initially, and switching to 200 nm at 18 min, with analytic time of 65 min. Results Under the same chromatogram condition, ginsenoside Rg1 and other constituents were determined, and 15 peaks were identified in the HPLC fingerprint with satisfactory methodological results. The similarity of the 10 batches of Yushangling capsules was above 0.9. Conclusion The method is simple and highly reproducible, and can provide scientific basis for the quality control of Yushangling capsules.
