基于一测多评法对复方苁蓉益智胶囊中5种成分的质量控制研究

摘　　要：目的建立一测多评法同时测定复方苁蓉益智胶囊中5种成分的含量。方法采用Agilent TC-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速1.0mL·min^(-1);柱温25℃;以大黄素为内标物,建立松果菊苷、毛蕊花糖苷、2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷、大黄素甲醚的相对校正因子,测定其含有量,同时采用外标法测定这5种成分的含量。结果一测多评法所得结果与外标法无明显差异。结论一测多评法可以用于复方苁蓉益智胶囊中5种成分的含量测定及质量控制。Objective To establish a quantitative analysis of multi-component by a single-marker （QAMS） method for the simultaneous determination of 5 components in Fufang Congrong Yizhi capsules. Methods The column was an Agilent TC-C18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm）, with the mobile phase of methanol-0.5% glacial acetic acid solution flowing at 1.0 mL·min^-1 in a gradient elution anner; the column temperature was set at 25℃. With emodin as an internal standard, the relative correction factors of echinacoside, verbascoside, 2, 3, 5, 4＇-tetrahydroxystilbene-2- O-β-D-glucoside, emodin and physcion were calculated, from which the content was determined. The contents of the 5 components were detected with the extem standard method. Results The results obtained by QAMS approximated those obtained by the external standard method. Conclusion The QAMS method can be used to determine the content and quality control of 5 components in Fufang Congrong Yizhi capsules.
