摘　　要：临床药师对1例发生抗生素脑病的腹膜透析患者进行药学服务。患者出现抽搐、眩晕症状时,药师对不良反应进行分析,建议医师停用头孢米诺钠;并对患者及家属进行详细的用药教育。药师建议被采纳,患者精神症状较前好转。由于腹膜透析患者药代动力学特殊、用药情况复杂,药师及医师需要特别关注。临床药师积极提供药学服务,对促进患者安全、合理用药具有重要的意义。Clinical pharmacists provided pharmaceutical care for a peritoneal dialysis patient with antibiotic encephalopathy. When the patient developed convulsive and vertigo symptoms, clinical pharmacists analyzed possible reasons of this adverse reactions and suggested stopping cefminox sodium. Meanwhile, pharmaceutical education for the patient and family members was performed. The suggestion of the pharmacists was adopted. The patient＇ s psychiatric symptoms improved gradually and similar symptoms no longer appeared after stopping cefminox sodium. Clinical pharmacists and doctors should pay much attention to the peritoneal dialysis patients due to special pharmacokinetics and complex medications combinatiens. Pharmaceutical care provided by clinical pharmacists promotes safe and rational drug use.
