摘　　要：探讨临床药师在特殊人群化疗中的作用,为合并妊娠的宫颈癌化疗患者提供治疗参考。临床药师通过参与1例宫颈癌合并妊娠患者的化疗,综合考虑患者的妊娠分期、肿瘤分期和病理类型来提供全程药学服务,并提出了用药建议。医师采纳建议,为患者提供了个体化抗肿瘤治疗方案。临床药师对特殊患者进行全面的药学监护,有助于保证患者能安全、有效地完成肿瘤治疗。To determine the role of clinical pharmacists in chemotherapy for patients with pregnancy and cervical cancer. According to the patient＇s pregnancy stage, TNM stage and pathology type, clinical pharmacists provided individualized pharmaceutical care for a pregnant patient with cervical cancer, including helping physicians in deciding appropriate treatment options. Physicians accepted the advice and provided an individualized therapeutic regimen to the patient to ensure treatment safe and effective.
