摘 要:目的探讨5S现场管理在医院门诊药房管理中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析5S现场管理在医院门诊药房管理实施前后的相关资料,对比分析实施前后药房环境变化,患者取药等候时间及药品调剂差错率等。结果医院门诊药房实施5S现场管理活动后,患者高峰时段取药平均等候时间由4.5 min降低到3.4 min,调配差错率由实施前82件/周降低到43件/周,药房环境也得到很大改善。结论 5S管理法应用于医院门诊药房后,改善了门诊药房的工作环境,提高了药房管理的工作效率。此外,全体员工在学习和实施5S管理活动的过程中,工作态度发生了很大的改变,员工的整体素质也得到了进一步提高。Objective To explore the value of 5S management in the outpatient pharmacy. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the releted information before and after the implementation of 5S and compared the changes in pharmacy environment, patient average waiting time at the peak time and drug dispensing error rate. Results After the implementation of 5S, the average waiting time at the peak time was reduced from 4.5 to 3.4 min, and the dispensing error rate from 82 to 43 per week. Conclusion The 5S in the outpatient pharmacy, helps improve the working environment and efficiency. In addition, in the process of learning and implementing the 5S, the staff's working attitude and quality have been improved.
