胶州湾滨海湿地生态补偿标准研究

摘　　要：以胶州湾滨海湿地为研究对象,采用生态系统服务价值法和条件价值法,估算滨海湿地生态补偿标准。以分析和筛选研究区生态补偿需求下的生态系统服务价值评估指标为前提,估算2005年、2010年和2015年研究区的调节服务价值,并根据服务价值的减少量,估算出生态补偿标准上限为48 946.35元/（hm2·a）;采用条件价值法,估算出研究区生态补偿下限为37 695.00元/（hm2·a）;根据胶州湾湿地生态环境质量和社会状况,认为适宜的滨海湿地生态补偿方式应以现金补偿为主,以政策补偿为辅,尝试性应用技术与智力补偿。The combination of the valuation of ecosystem services and contingent valuation method was applied to estimate ecological compensation standard for the coastal wetlands in Jiaozhou Bay in Qingdao.Based on analyzing and screening the ecosystem service value under the requirements of ecological compensation, the service values of the research area in 2005, 2010 and 2015 were estimated. The upper limit of ecological compensation standard was calculated to be 48 946.35 yuan/（hm2· a） by the amount of reduction in service value. The lower limit of ecological compensation was 37 695.00 yuan/（hm2· a） using contingent valuation method. According to the ecological environment quality and social condition of the coastal wetlands in Jiaozhou Bay, it was considered that the ecological compensation ways should be centered on cash compensation,and supplemented by the policy compensation, and try to apply technology and intelligence compensation.
