摘 要:目的研究竹叶椒Zanthoxylum planispinum的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、制备高效液相色谱等技术进行分离纯化,通过理化性质、核磁共振和质谱等光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从竹叶椒的甲醇提取物中分离得到7个酰胺类化合物,分别鉴定为(2E,7E,9E)-N-isobutyl-6,11-dioxo-2,7,9-dodecatrienamide(1)、armatamide(2)、pellitorine(3)、lanyuamide I(4)、tetrahydro-bungeanool(5)、hydroxy-γ-isosanshool(6)、dihydrobungeanool(7)。结论化合物1为新的链状不饱和脂肪酸酰胺,命名为竹叶椒素,化合物2~7均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of Zanthoxylum planispinum. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography, and preparative HPLC. Their chemical structures were identified on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis. Results Seven amides were isolated and elucidated as(2 E, 7 E, 9 E)-N-isobutyl-6,11-dioxo-2,7,9-dodecatrienamide(1), armatamide(2), pellitorine(3), lanyuamide I(4), tetrahydro-bungeanool(5), hydroxy-γ-isosanshool(6), and dihydrobungeanool(7). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new unsaturated alkylamide named planispinamide, and compounds 2—7 are obtained from this plant for the first time.
