摘 要:二氢杨梅素(dihydromyricetin)是藤茶中广泛存在的一种黄酮类化合物,具有抗炎、抑菌、抗肿瘤、调血脂、降血糖、保肝护肝等多种药理活性。近期研究发现二氢杨梅素具有神经保护作用,可改善多种神经系统病变,包括阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、成瘾和抑郁症等。综述近10年二氢杨梅素药理作用研究进展,并从药物代谢和药效学方面阐述二氢杨梅素在神经药物和化疗药物联合应用方面的基础和前景,为二氢杨梅素的深入研究以及药物开发利用提供科学依据。Dihydromyricetin(DMY) is the main flavonoid compound in Ampelopsis grossedentata. It is popular for various biological and pharmacological activities including antiflammatory, antibacterial, antitumor, regulating blood fat, hypolipidemic, and protecting liver function. Recently studies have suggested that DMY works as neuroprotective molecular, ameliorating neurological abnormal symptoms in the Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, alcohol addiction, major depression disorder and so on. This paper reviewed various pharmacological effects of DMY and analyzed detailedly its interactions with the neuropsychiatric drugs and chemotherapeutics in the metabolism and pharmacodynamics perspectives in the last decade. We further elucidate the role of DMY in the combined medication, aiming to provide scientific reference for its potential in clinic.
