摘 要:针对机箱减振提出抗振结构概念,设计并分析了不同减振结构减振性能。首先建立了不同抗振结构机箱的ANSYS模型并划分网格,通过兰索斯迭代法进行模态求解,得到前20阶计算模态参数,计算结果验证了抗振结构的抗振性能;其次,将机箱的有限元模型导入ADAMS中,建立起洗衣机刚柔耦合模型,同时建立了运动仿真分析机箱侧面振动与抗振结构参数关系;另外,为了验证模型的合理性,在实验室对实际机箱进行了测振试验,通过比较表明仿真结果与试验吻合较好。Based on the anti-vibration of the cabinet of roller-type washing machine, the concept of anti-vibration structure is proposed,and several kinds of anti-vibration structure are designed and analyzed in this paper.First, the ANSYS model of the cabinets of different anti-vibration structures is established. After meshing the models, the first 20 modal parameters are obtained by means of Lanczos Iteration method. The result shows that the anti-vibration structure has a good performance in vibration suppression. Then, the finite element model of the cabinet is imported into ADAMS,a rigid-flexible coupling model is established,and the relationship between the parameters of lateral vibration and the parameters of anti-vibration structure of the cabinet is analyzed by means of motion simulation. In addition, an experiemnt is made on the vibration of the physical cabinet,in order to verify the rationality of the model. Based on the comparison, it shows that the simulation results are in good agreement with the results obtained from the experiment.
