摘 要:桥式起重机是现代工业企业重要的搬运机械,桥架作为该类起重机重要的组成部分,其力学性能的准确性关系到整机安全。以50 t/10 t双梁桥式起重机桥架为对象,应用有限元软件开展桥架结构模态分析,并基于模态分析结果开展起重机不同工况下的桥架谐响应分析,研究桥架结构的固有特性及其频谱特性。研究结果表明,应用有限元软件开展桥架结构的模态分析,能够较好地反映其固有特性;不同频率简谐载荷作用下的桥架结构谐响应分析则较理想地反映其频谱特性,并且随着小车工作位置的改变而发生变化,为该型桥式起重机桥架结构动态设计及优化提供了依据。Bridge crane is one of the important carrying machineries in the modern industry. The bridge serves as an important part of the crane,and its mechanical properties greatly affect the safety of the crane. Here,the 50 t/10 t bridge of doublebeam bridge crane is taken as an example,in order to conduct the bridge-structure modal analysis based on the finite element.In addition,based on the results,the analysis of harmonic response at different working conditions is also conducted,so as to obtain the structure natural characteristics and spectral characteristics of the bridge. The results show that by means of the bridgestructure modal analysis based on the finite element,the bridge's natural characteristics can be obtained in an effective manner.By means of the analysis of harmonic response at different frequency harmonic loads,the bridge's spectral characteristics can be obtained in an ideal manner,and they vary with the ever-changing locations of the vehicle. The result of this research provides reliable basis for the bridge-structure dynamic design and optimization of a bridge crane.
