摘 要:在普遍追求高质量的话语体系下,学前教育的发展功能得到强调和突出。在质量话语下,薄弱的乡村学前教育发展既面临机遇,也面临挑战。一些国家和地区的发展经验表明,学前教育发展要兼顾儿童个体和社会整体的利益。因此,乡村学前教育发展要在乡村文化的基本语境中,以"保基本"作为发展主线,有效促进处境不利儿童的发展,以此来推动乡村社会的改变。多元普惠幼儿园、小微幼儿园以及城乡教育一体化的有益尝试说明,在个体发展观上,乡村学前教育发展在于对处境不利儿童的促进和改善;在社会发展观上,乡村学前教育发展在于其促进对乡村社会生活的改变。这是新时期质量话语下乡村学前教育发展的基本语境和基本范式。The development function of preschool education has been emphasized under the system of high quality discourse.Development ofpreschool education in rural areas meets opportunities as well as challenges.Experience from other countries and regions shows that individual and social interests should be taken into consideration in the development ofpreschool education. Therefore,development ofpreschool education in rural areas should be carried out in the rural cultural surroundings,guaranteeing the basic development and cultivating children in unfavorable situations so as to promote changes in rural areas.Trials of inclusive,low-cost kindergartens,micro kindergartens,and integration of urban and rural?education indicate two points. First,as to individual development,preschool education development should attach importance to children in unfavorable situations.Second,as to social development,preschool education development is to change rural social life.These are the basic context and pattern for preschool education development in rural areas under quality discourse of new era.
