摘 要:在国内外矿山浅部矿产资源日益枯竭的严峻形势下,使用合理的采矿方案安全回收开采前期所预留的矿柱成为越来越多矿山解决当前资源危机的主要途径。以程潮铁矿矿柱开采为研究对象,在分析地表移动变形监测数据的基础上,通过数值模拟分析了4种矿柱开采方案对地表重要工业场地及构筑物选厂所在地表稳定性的影响。研究表明:采用无底柱分段崩落法开采-360 m水平以上部分预留矿柱对地表及选厂稳定性影响较小,但采用无底柱分段崩落法开采-360 m^-430 m水平矿柱将导致地表变形量及选厂所在地表沉降急剧增加,并接近地表一级构筑物要求的变形极限;从最大化回收矿石资源、保证地表及重要建筑物安全的角度考虑,建议采用崩落法回收-360 m水平以上矿柱,采用充填法开采-360 m^-430 m范围矿柱,并适当提高充填体强度,加强管理,以尽可能减少矿柱开采对于地表及重要建筑物的影响。In order to keep the surface and structures safe,many mines left a lot amount of ore-pillars to be unmined.But with the gradual depletion of mineral resources in the shallow,more and more mines try to recover the ore-pillars by a safe and reasonable mining method to solve the resource crisis. This article is based on the recover and excavation of the ore-pillar in Chengchao iron mine. Both by field monitoring and numerical simulation,Surface deformation law and concentrating mill stability due to the excavation of the ore-pillar by four different mining methods were researched. It was found that there was only small effect on the surface and concentrating mill when mined the parts upper-360 m level by non-pillar sublevel caving mining method. But There was bad effect like caused sharp increase in surface deformation and subsidence when mined the parts between-360 m^-430 m level by non-pillar sublevel caving mining method,which closed to the deformation limit required by the surface safety for the first level structure building. Considering maximize the recovery of ore resources and ensure the safety of the important structure buildings,It was advised to recover the parts of the ore-pillar upper-360 m level by caving mining method and recover the parts between-360 m ^-430 m level by filling mining method. Besides,in order to reduce the effect on surface and concentrating mill caused by ore-pillar excavation,it's better to increase the strength of filling body and take a strict management.
