摘  要:针对乌龙泉矿生产现状和配矿的要求,基于3DMINE软件构建了矿床实体模型,采用正交试验方法和距离幂次反比法(Inverse distance weighting,IDW)总结了块体尺寸、组合样长度、搜索距离和各向异性等估值参数的变化对矿床矿石量及其品位分布估值的影响规律。在此基础上,结合该矿床赋存特征,并顾及配矿工作要求和各方案统计指标的相近性,选择的矿床品位估值参数为块体尺寸5 m、组合样长3 m、搜索距离150 m,搜索策略采用各向异性。研究表明:采用优化的估值参数对该矿不同品位区间的矿石量及其Mg O品位进行估值,能够更有效地反映该矿"断层多且分布广泛、石灰石和白云石互层、夹层多、矿石品位变异性较大"的赋存特征,有助于提高矿床品位估值效率和可靠性,为白云石配矿工作提供可靠依据。According to the production status of Wulongquan Deposit and its requirement for ore blending,and combing with the solid model of the deposit based on 3 DMINE software,the orthogonal test method and inverse distance weighting(IDW)estimation method are used to summarize the influence regularity of the changes of the grade estimation parameters such as block unit size,search distance,length of the combined sample and anisotopy on ore quality and its grade distribution of Wulongquan Deposit.Based on the above discussion results the occurrence characteristics of the deposit,the requirements of ore blending and the similarities and differences of the statistical indexes,the grade estimation parameters of the deposit are selected and optimized,the block size is 5 m,length of the combined sample is 3 m,search distance is 150 m,search strategy is anisotropy.The study results show that the features of Wulongquan Deposit such as"faults are numerous and widely distributed,interbedded multiple layers of limestone and dolomite,ore grade greater variability"are reflected effectively by using the above optimized parameters to estimate the ore amount and its Mg O grade in different grade sections of the deposit,it is help for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of grade estimation of the deposit and provide the reliable reference for the ore blending work of dolomite.
