摘 要:针对上海白龙港污水处理厂出现的污泥液管道堵塞问题,开展不同污泥处理单元污泥液性质、管道沉积物性质及成因研究。结果表明,输送混合污泥液的污水干管倒虹管处出现的沉积物主要成分为CaCO_3,含少量石英砂杂质和磷酸盐。由于深度脱水上清液含有大量的Ca^(2+)和CO_3^(2-),其与干化冷却水、污泥浓缩液、污泥脱水液、深度脱水液混合过程中产生明显沉淀物,沉淀物质以CaCO_3为主,与管道沉积物性质相符。Aiming at the sludge supernatant pipeline blockage problem in Shanghai Bailonggang Wastewater Treatment Plant, the properties of sludge supernatant of different sludge treatment units and the sediment properties and causes were studied. The results show that the main component of the sediment appearing at the inverted siphon of the main pipe conveying mixed sludge supernatant is CaCOj, in addition to a small amount of quartz sand impurities and phosphate. Due to its high contents of Cae+ and carbonate, the deep dewatering supernatant formed significant precipitates when mixed with cooling water of sludge drying, sludge concentrate, dewatering supernatant, and deep dewatering supernatant. The precipitate was dominated by CaCO3 and was consistent with the pipeline sediments properties.
