山西省天然林资源保护工程经济效益评价

摘　　要：山西省实施天然林资源保护工程以来,经济效益在综合效益中的占比逐年提升,主要体现在：林木价值和林副产品价值效益显著,在岗职工平均工资增幅明显,林业生产总值逐年上升,产业布局更加合理,资金利用率高,实施效果良好。文章借鉴相关研究方法,利用第八次、第九次全国森林资源清查以及林业统计年鉴等相关数据,对山西省天然林资源保护工程2010~2016年经济效益进行了评价,并提出相应的建议。Since the implementation of Natural Forest Protection Program in Shanxi Province, the proportion of economic benefits in comprehensive benefits has been increasing year by year. For example, the significant value benefits of forest and forest by-products, the obvious increase of average wage of on-the-job workers, the gradual increase of total output value of forestry and more reasonable industrial distribution, high utilization of funds, good implementation effect. This article drew on the relevant research methods and utilized the relevant datat of the Eighth, Ninth National Forest Inventory and Forestry Statistics Yearbook, to evaluate economic benefits of Natural Forest Protection Program in Shanxi Province from 2010 to 2016, and put forward corresponding suggestions.
