摘　　要：《三亚市城市夜景照明专项规划》的编制是对夜间三亚城市风貌、城市生活的再设计，将为下一步三亚夜景照明的发展明确方向，为夜景建设与管理提供依据。本文重点在于规划编制过程中照明分区方法的创新性研究，通过照明政策区划，优化传统照明分区方法，得出更为精细化的城市照明分区方法与控制要求，为未来三亚城市肌理、特色风貌的夜间展现提供更为科学的建设、管理依据。The compilation of the ＂Special Plan for Urban Nightscape Lighting in Sanya＂ is a redesign of the urban feature and urban life of Sanya at night, which will provide a clear direction for the development of Sanya＇s nightscape lighting and provide a basis for the construction and management of nightscape. This article focuses on the innovative research of the lighting zoning method in the planning compilation process. Through the lighting zoning policy and optimization of the traditional lighting zoning method, it reaches a conclusion of more refined urban lighting zoning method and control requirements thus providing more scientific construction and management basis for the showcase of urban texture, style, and feature in the nighttime of Sanya in the future.
