摘 要:随着城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准的提高以及社会各界对再生水回用重视程度的加深,探究经济有效的二级出水深度处理技术已成为当今研究的热点。本文针对二级出水中的不同污染物,用沸石和活性炭代替传统的石英砂滤料,构建了一种多介质上向流过滤装置,研究其对城镇污水厂二级出水深度处理的效能。重点考察不同滤层配置对浊度、COD、NH_4^+-N、TN、TP的去除效果及对滤层水头损失的影响,并确定最佳滤速。结果表明,沸石与活性炭填充高度比为1∶1时,过滤效果最为理想,最佳滤速为5 m·h^(-1),此时过滤周期可以达到24 h,周期内对浊度、COD、NH_4^+-N、TN、TP的平均去除率分别为61.7%、36.3%、85.3%、93.1%和7.98%,整个滤层单位时间水头损失仅为1.65 cm·h^(-1)。处理后出水多项指标可达到地表水IV类标准,出水浊度满足娱乐景观用水的要求。对吸附饱和的滤料进行的再生实验结果表明,甲醇为活性炭的最佳再生溶剂,再生率可达70%;KCl+Na Cl溶液为沸石的最佳再生溶剂,沸石的再生率高达90%。该研究成果可为城镇污水厂二级出水的深度处理与回用提供技术参考。With further stringency of the pollutant discharge standard of the urban sewage plant and demands for increased sewage regeneration efficiency,a cost-effective tertiary treatment of secondary effluent from urban wastewater plant was proposed using a theoretical approach followed by an infield test module. A double layer filtration made up of zeolite and activated carbon was investigated for the tertiary treatment efficiency of the secondary effluent of urban wastewater plant to remove different types of pollu-tants. The influence of different filter layer configurations and filtration rate during filtration process were mainly studied on the removal of turbidity,chemical oxygen demand( COD),ammonium nitrogen( NH4^+-N),total nitrogen( TN),and total phosphorus( TP). The results show that the filtering effect is optimum when the height of the zeolite layer and the activated carbon layer is equal. Under these conditions,the filtration rate achieved 5 m·h^-1,the filtration cycle lasted for 24 h. During the same treatment cycle,the average removal rates of turbidity,COD,NH4^+-N,TN,and TP were determined to be61. 7%,36. 3%,85. 3%,93. 1% and 7. 98% respectively,while the water head loss per unit time of the whole filter was controlled at 1. 65 cm·h^-1. The corresponding indexes except for TP of the treated water can reach type IV standard of surface water and the turbidity of the effluent can meet the water quality requirement used for entertainment landscape. The regeneration experiment of the adsorbed saturated filter material showed that the best regeneration solvent of activated carbon was methanol reagent,resulting in 70% of the regeneration rate. The mixed KCl and Na Cl aqueous solution is the best regeneration solvent for zeolite,corresponding to the 90% regeneration rate of zeolite. This research provides a technical reference for the tertiary treatment and the reuse of secondary effluent of the urban wastewater plant.
