摘　　要：泥炮作为高炉炉前用于铁口堵口操作的重要设备,可迅速、准确地堵塞放铁后的出铁口,使高炉快速进入下一循环生产作业。泥炮打泥时炮泥流动性决定了打泥量的多少和打泥堵口的难易程度,炮泥良好的流动性利于打泥过程中铁口泥包的形成和堵口操作的顺利完成,而炮泥的温度对炮泥的流动性起着决定性的作用。泥炮恒温装置系统主要用来实现泥炮设备打泥前对炮泥进行加热保温,在打泥及打泥完成的保压过程中对炮泥进行降温。从而可以保护出铁口,延长高炉寿命,保障高炉生产稳定、顺利进行。Mud gun is an important equipment used in the operation of iron opening plugging in front of blast furnace. It can quickly and accurately block the iron outlet after iron discharge and make the blast furnace enter into the next cycle production quickly. The fluidity of mud determines the amount of mud and the difficulty of plugging, and the good fluidity of mud is conducive to the formation of the iron mouth mud bag and the smooth completion of the closing operation. The temperature of the mud plays a decisive role in the fluidity of the mud. The constant temperature device system of mud gun is mainly used to heat and heat the mud before mud shooting, and to reduce the temperature of the mud during the pressure keeping process of mud and mud. Thus, it can protect the iron mouth, prolong the life of blast furnace, and ensure the production of blast furnace to be stable and smooth.
