摘　　要：介绍一种新型的热轧板除鳞方法,该方法能有效去除热轧板卷表面的氧化层,并且具备钢板表面涂油功能,抑制带钢表面被再次腐蚀。该方法所用工艺与设备可大大提高生产效率、减少生产成本、缩短机组长度、零排放、无污染。以某钢厂新建的新型无酸酸洗除鳞机组为例,阐述该机组的工艺技术与设备特色。A new hot rolled plate eco pickled surface method and milles were introduced,this method can effectively remove hot rolled coil surface oxide layer, and also have steel plate surface oiling function, restrain steel plate surface corrosion again. The process and equipment which this method use can improve production efficiency, reduce production cost, short unit length, zero discharge, no pollution. Take one steel company new type pickling without acid descaling as example, descripe process technology and equipment characteristic of this unit.
