摘　　要：改革开放以来,中国经济飞速发展,政府也亟需决策咨询服务,软科学研究积极开展面向应用的战略性、前瞻性重大公共管理问题研究,为政府及相关部门科学决策提供智力支撑。基于未来软科学发展的要素,分析了国内外软科学研究的现状,及未来软科学发展的新需求、新思路和新方法,最后提出了推进软科学发展的决策建议。since China＇s reform and opening up,China＇s rapid economic development,the government also needs decision-making consultation service,actively carry out soft science research for application of the research on public management issues of strategic,forward-looking,scientific decision-making for the government and related department to provide intellectual support.At home and abroad are analyzed in this paper the present situation of the soft science research,soft science and based on the future development of factor analysis,analysis of the soft science in the future development of new requirements,new thinking and new method research,finally puts forward some Suggestions for promoting the development of the soft science decision.
