摘　　要：在对军民融合协同创新网络中创新主体及功能定位进行分析的基础上,从信息共享与产权归属、协同创新"锁定"与路径依赖、金融支持有效性、高校文化与评价体制等角度就军民融合协同创新的障碍因素进行深入探讨,最后就障碍因素的消除从多个方面提出对策。On the basis of analyzing the innovation subject and function orientation in the civil-military collaborative innovation network,we discuss the obstacles in the pocess of collaborative innovation of civil-military integration from the aspects of information sharing and ownership,collaborative innovation＂lock-in＂and path dependence,financial support effectiveness,college culture and evaluation system.Finally,the countermeasures are put forward in many aspects by eliminating the obstacles.
