摘  要:由4-甲基-1,2,3-噻二唑-5-甲酸(HL,C4H4N2O2S)和相应的稀土硝酸盐Ln(NO3)3·n H2O(Ln=Ce,Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho)合成了5个稀土双核配合物[Ln_2(NO_3)_2L_4(H_2O)_6](Ln=Ce,1;Gd,2;Tb,3;Dy,4;Ho,5),均得到单晶,用元素分析、红外光谱、热重分析和单晶X射线衍射确定了产物的组成和结构。结构分析表明:5种晶体属于异质同晶型,同属于三斜晶系,空间群为Pī。配合物由2个中心离子、4个去质子的配体、2个硝酸根离子和6个配位水构成,形成双聚配合物分子,每个中心离子为九配位,形成扭曲的单帽四方反棱柱体。测定了配体和配合物与DNA的相互作用,以及室温下配体和配合物的固体激发和发射光谱。Five rare earth dinuclear complexes [Ln2(NO3)2L4(H2O)6](Ln=Ce,1;Gd,2;Tb,3;Dy,4;Ho,5) were synthesized from 4-methyl-1,2,3-thiadiazol-5-carboxylic acid(HL=C4H4N2O2S) and rare earth nitrate salts Ln(NO3)3·nH2O(Ln=Ce,Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho).The crystal structures of the title complexes were confirmed by elemental analysis,infrared red spectra,thermogravimetric analysis and singal X-ray diffraction method.The crystal structures analysis revealed that the five complexes belong to isomorphism,crystallize in the triclinic system,space group Pī.The complexes consist of two central ions,four deprotonated ligands,two nitrate anions and six coordination water molecules to form dinuclear complexes.Every Ln(III) cation is coordinated by four oxygen atoms from three L-anions and two oxygen atoms from one nitrate anion and three oxygen atoms from three coordination water molecules,forming a twisted single cap quartet antiprism coordination geometry,the coordination number is nine.The interaction of ligand and complexes with DNA was determined,the solid excitation and emission spectra of ligand and complexes at room temperature were also determined.
