摘  要:针对局部控制条件过多时传统多项式插值法所设计的凸轮曲线幂次过高,不利于旋盖机凸轮加工的问题,分别采用整体5次、6次及7次多项式拟合法来设计旋盖机凸轮曲线,在满足局部控制条件的同时控制多项式幂次。当凸轮曲线各项特性参数均得到优化后,构建旋盖机凸轮机构三维模型,并对其进行动力学仿真分析,综合对比机构运动学与动力学性能,确定最优的凸轮曲线。In view of the excessive local control conditions, the power of the cam curve designed by traditional polynomial interpolation method got too high to control, which was not conducive to the pro cessing of capping machine cam. The global 5, 6 and 7 polynomial fitting methods were separately used to design the cam curve, so that it could control the power of the polynomial while satisfying the local control conditions. When the parameters of the cam curve got opti mized, constructed the cam mechanism into a three dimensional model and carried out the dynamic simulation analysis. After compa- ring to the kinematic and dynamic properties of mechanism, finally the optimal curve was determined.
